1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ke666" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at ke666.io and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications.
• "Platform" refers to the entirety of ke666's services including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, and any other products offered by ke666.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account held by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the ke666 Platform.
• "Funds" refers to real-money balances deposited by the User and held in their ke666 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a User under the terms of a ke666 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus Fund or associated winnings must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which governs all time references on the ke666 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the ke666 registration process, accessing your Account, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and ke666.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by additional policy documents including the ke666 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. In the event of any conflict between these documents and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a ke666 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. ke666 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned after identity verification.
• You are registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from ke666 or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of ke666, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not using the Platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited to you under applicable local law.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not currently being treated for a gambling addiction that renders you incapable of making responsible gambling decisions.

ke666 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe specified by ke666 may result in Account suspension.

4. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one Account on the ke666 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate Accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number and email address. ke666 will use this information to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your Account.

ke666 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and proof of address before deposits, withdrawals, or the use of certain features are permitted. ke666 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of KYC verification.

You must notify ke666 promptly if any registered Account information changes, including your contact details or residential address. ke666 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to keep Account information up to date.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ke666 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

ke666 will never contact you by email, telephone, or live chat to request your password. Any communication purporting to come from ke666 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ke666 support immediately.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ke666 customer support immediately via in-app live chat at [email protected]. ke666 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend access to the Account pending resolution.

ke666 protects all login sessions with 256-bit SSL encryption. New-device logins are subject to SMS verification as an additional security layer. Inactive sessions are automatically terminated after a defined period of inactivity.

6. Deposits

ke666 accepts deposits from Bangladeshi players via the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. ke666 does not currently accept credit card or bank transfer deposits directly.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The maximum deposit amount per transaction may vary by payment method and may be subject to periodic review. ke666 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ke666 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your ke666 Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, you should contact ke666 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

All deposited funds must be used for legitimate betting and gaming activity on the ke666 Platform. ke666 reserves the right to investigate and reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using compromised payment credentials, or made in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. ke666 does not permit withdrawals to a different payment method or to a third-party account for anti-money laundering compliance reasons.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of the request being submitted, subject to completion of any required KYC verification and the absence of any pending investigation on the Account.

ke666 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. You may be required to complete identity verification before your first withdrawal is processed. ke666 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large or unusual withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard banking hours for your payment provider may experience delays attributable to the payment network rather than ke666's processing systems. ke666 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers.

Any funds in your Account that ke666 has reasonable grounds to believe are the proceeds of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering may be withheld pending investigation and, where appropriate, reported to relevant authorities.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

ke666 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms of each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates — are set out in the individual promotion's terms and conditions, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when read together.

Unless the individual promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all ke666 promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited to your Bonus balance and become withdrawable only after the Wagering Requirement is satisfied.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of this period.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the game types specified in the individual promotion's terms. Use on excluded game types will not contribute to the Wagering Requirement.
• ke666 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, provided this does not affect bonuses already credited to a player's Account.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may lead to Account suspension.

9. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ke666 sportsbook are subject to ke666's Sportsbook Rules, which are published in the relevant help section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The following general principles apply to all bets:

• A bet is accepted and binding upon the Platform confirming acceptance. ke666 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its sole discretion prior to confirmation.
• Odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds applicable to your bet.
• ke666 reserves the right to void bets affected by obvious pricing errors. A pricing error is defined as odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the time frame specified in ke666's Sportsbook Rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those rules.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a communication delay inherent in data-feed technology. ke666 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event has already been determined, even if the result was not yet reflected in the live odds feed.
• Maximum winnings per bet and per event may apply. These limits are published in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

10. Casino Games

All casino games available on ke666 — including live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots powered by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics. Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for slot games are published on each game's information page.

ke666 acts as an agent of the game providers in making these games available on the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game, the hand or spin outcome will be void and your stake will be returned. ke666 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a game malfunction.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all casino games and are displayed within the game interface. ke666 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ke666 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by ke666.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing errors or bonus structures in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of fair participation.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ke666 Platform's software, systems, or data.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating any abusive, threatening, or offensive content via ke666's customer support channels or any other communication tool on the Platform.

12. Suspension & Termination

ke666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where ke666 reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where Account closure is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory instruction.

On suspension or termination of an Account for cause, ke666 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, ke666 may forfeit all or part of the Account balance. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned to the User via the registered payment method.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting ke666 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account after deduction of Bonus Funds will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable time period. Bonus Funds are not transferable or withdrawable upon Account closure.

13. Responsible Gaming

ke666 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from betting for a defined number of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum of six months.

14. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any content from the ke666 Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of ke666.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ke666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ke666's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ke666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ke666 reserves the right to perform maintenance on the Platform, during which access may be temporarily unavailable.

16. Privacy

ke666 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ke666 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required to process payments, verify your identity, comply with applicable law, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

17. Amendments

ke666 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ke666 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the ke666 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy with any translated version.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ke666 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and complies with applicable digital commerce and consumer protection standards applicable to online entertainment platforms serving Bangladeshi users.
